Once you decide to work with the West Side Costume team you will be given a link to read our Policy and purchase the Booking Fee.

After your booking/design fee is paid we will begin working with you one-on-one to create a unique and beautiful design. You will be asked for inspiration photos, song names, any feedback from your choreographer, and your dancer's size. We will then create a professional digital design sketch, patterning, and materials list. All details should be discussed during this ongoing consultation. Measurements will be requested once the design is chosen.

We will invoice you for your Final Balance Fee two weeks before your completion date. Once this fee is paid our seamstress will finish the base and your costume will be embellished. Photos will be provided to you once the costume is complete and on the dress form and we will package and ship your new custom-made costume to you!
